🍷 In a winery, every wine racking hides a silent enemy: oxygen
When a hose is connected to move wine from one tank to another, air remains trapped inside. That oxygen can compromise the quality of a wine that takes so much effort to make.
✅ That’s why we developed InertizO2, a portable device we have just launched.
Its job is simple to explain and critical in practice: it verifies in real time that a hose or tank is properly inerted before racking. A special fitting — to which the device is connected — is inserted between the valve and the hose, the inerting gas (nitrogen, argon or CO₂) is supplied, and InertizO2 measures the oxygen in the outgoing gas. When the level is safe, it alerts you with a light, on-screen and acoustic signal at once. Then the wine can be racked with no risk of oxidation.
